Happy Memorial Day weekend!

Happy Memorial Day weekend Family! I hope everyone had a fun and safe holiday. There are two reasons why I love this holiday weekend. First because it gives the country time to pause and think about the brave people who have served and who currently serve our country. Freedom is not free - it comes at a great cost to those who serve and their families. I am so grateful to the many Americans who give so much to keep our country, way of life, and ideals safe. Thank you to my Friends and Family who have served and who currently serve! The second reason why I love this holiday weekend is because it is the weekend Chris and I got married - 4 years ago!!! I am grateful everyday for the amazing man I married. He is so loving and considerate. He takes such good care of us! There is no way I would have a beautiful home to brag about and Renters for our current home if it wasn't for him! I love you honey!
For better or for worse, in sickness and in health, until death do us part, I love you!
Speaking of Renters...Chris met with the "Doctor and Dentist" and they agreed to sign a 3 year lease! That is such a relief to us because we won't have to worry about replacing carpet or cleaning the house and losing a month in between renters. We may decide to sell at the end of the 3 years if the market recovers, or if renting goes well, we may keep renting. It's nice to have options! For Memorial Day weekend, Chris and I drove up to Erie, PA for our brother-in-law, Matt's Graduation from Medical School! Matt has worked so hard for 4 years. It was great to see him so happy! Congratulations Dr. Baker! Matt was also officially commissioned into the Air Force! What a great weekend for a commissioning ceremony! Chris and I were also extremely excited to visit with family and to play with our God Son Noah! He is getting cuter and cuter every day!
Look at those chubby cheeks!
What a good lookin' family! Two Doctors in one house!
I hope everyone else had a great Memorial Day weekend! I love you and miss you all! xoxoxo, Bethie
