Wreath Making, Santa Visits, School Holiday Concert, and All I Want for Christmas...

Dear Friends and Family,

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! This week we had a Breakfast with Santa, a Firehouse Santa, Claire's Christmas Concert, and now we have snow in the forecast!

On Thursday, my friend Lisa had us all over to her house for a wreath making girl's night! We had lots of fun getting creative with all different kinds of foliage!

I made a wreath for our front porch out of magnolia, boxwood, holly, nandina, and eucalyptus.
On Sunday morning the kids and I went to our local Kiwanis Club to have breakfast with Santa! Claire and Will both eagerly told him that they have been good and what's on their list.

Yikes! Claire's almost as tall as Frosty!
Will enjoyed the ornament craft table.

Claire and her classmates treated parents and siblings to a Holiday Concert at school on Monday night! Let's just say that when the instruments started playing, it brought tears to our eyes...
I am extremely impressed by how much she has learned since starting lessons. She's applying her bow with confidence and plucking out many tunes!

This weekend the PTO hosted a Parents' Night Out. We had 80 kids attend and everyone had a great time. The parents were appreciative for a night out and the kids loved getting to play with their friends at school and after hours!  Since pizza was the main meal, Claire and I decided to make fruit and veggie trays. I was so impressed when I saw Claire's veggie tray! She did a beautiful job!
And Will has been wiggling his top tooth regularly...as a result, his two bottom teeth fell out! HA! He said, "Mom, I didn't even know these teeth were so wiggly!"
Those are crazy dollar sign eyes! #AllIWantForChristmasIsMyTwoBottomTeeth!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful week!
Love,
Bethie
